Topics vary from year to year and may include any of the following: theory of computing, cryptography, databases, computer graphics, graph theory, game theory, fractals, mathematical programming, wavelets, file compression, computational biology, genetic algorithms, neural networks, simulation and queueing theory, randomized algorithms, parallel computing, complexity analysis, numerical methods.
