Create an EXCEL worksheet that allows a user to enter the price of a piece of real estate, the APR for a fixed rate mortgage, the required percent downpayment, and the number of the years of the loan in clearly labeled cells. The page should compute the required downpayment, and the monthly payments and total cost of the loan based on that downpayment. The user should also have the opportunity to enter an alternative downpayment in another labeled cell. The worksheet should compute the monthly payment and the total cost of the loan based on that dowmpayment as well. A functioning page will be demonstrated in class.
Pages performing as expected will earn grades of at least 95 out of 100. Projects earn the remaining 5 points by being particularly useful, well arranged, or creative, or all three. The page must be your own work using the methods demonstrated in class. Do not borrow code from worksheets other that class examples.
