Students in this course will learn fundamental programming techniques while working in a programming language, Processing, that facilitated the creation of interactive animations.
The lecture is held 12:00-1:50pm TR in Sturm 134
Software: processing.org
A laptop that satisfies the DU minimum requirements is necessary for the software used in this course.
· Weekly lab assignments 30%
· Programming assignments 30%.
· Mid-Term Exam 20%.
· Final Exam, 12:00-1:50 Friday, March 11, 20%.
When you turn in work in this course, you are implicitly agreeing that you have followed the rules for collaboration set forth for that assignment.
The labs may be completed individually or in pairs. Assistance from other students is allowed, but should be explicitly credited.
The programming assignments and the exams are individual work. All work should be the student's efforts, aided by the instructor and the GTA when appropriate.
